Pricing
All items are priced inclusive of postage & packing to the United Kingdom, Isle of Man and the Channel Islands.
For orders from elsewhere, please supply your full postal details to the Contact Us page and we will be pleased to quote competitive shipment prices on the item/s you wish to order.
Delivery
In most cases orders are processed on the day of receipt, therefore orders should be delivered within 48 hours. Please allow a maximum of 21 days for delivery, if items are going to be longer we will contact you.
Certain items and shoe sizes may be out of stock at different times of the year. If we are unable to deliver a specific item within 28 days, because we are out of stock, then we shall issue a full refund for the said item.
Payment Facilities
Welkin use NoChex for our online payment facilities. This allows you to pay us directly using any UK debit card. For orders over £100 you will be required to register with NoChex - this will happen during the payment process.

Returns Policy
We have a "no quibble" returns policy.
Provided that the goods you ordered are returned to us in good condition (or in the case of damaged or faulty goods, in the condition in which you received them) within 14 days from the date of receipt, any payment made for the goods in question will be refunded in full.
Our returns policy complies with the consumer protection (distance selling) regulations brought forward by the European Union and laid out by the Department of Trade and Industry.
